Edamame and a Kate McMuffin

The table crit went well today. Some people didn't do a super good job (in terms of quality), which is sorta annoying. Anyhoo, now we have a new assignment: to design and make a prototype dining chair. I'm thinking of incorporating some sort of textile-y feminine-ish details into this piece, like I did with my lace stool and embroidered box. I want to put a spin on a nicely designed simple chair.

This Jasper Morrison chair is something I'm considering drawing my inspiration from. Simple clean lines, straightforward.
