relish the relish.

So another fun pickling party took place last night at Hollie's house. I like meeting other cool Hamiltonians (like Meg, Melanie, Heather, and Rachael) and doing fun things like this. We also made zucchini relish this time, along with some dill pickles. It looks beautiful and tastes delicious. I can't wait to use it. The cat (who is officially named Sookie) has been following me around all morning and insisted on modeling with the relish.
