garlic breath.

Went to the first annual Toronto Garlic Festival at the Brickworks on Sunday. Garlic is delicious. I did a post about it on the Beehive Blog.

Were there garlic scapes, too?!

No fresh garlic scapes. Scapes are an early season thing. They're the long stem that produces the garlic flower. It's cut off early on to keep energy focused on producing the garlic bulb. They are SO DELICIOUS.
