my 2010 in pictures.

January: working away in the furniture studio


February: a snow bear at our old Herkimer apartment, and skating on the lake.


March: Erick gets into McMaster for residency, and a tasty cake for a fun birthday party.


April: embroidering day and night for my cabinet project.


May: New York, New York!


June: the month of travel: Paris, WWOOFing in Burgundy, eating fries in Belgium, and relaxing in Amsterdam.


July: a new kitty, and lots of preserving!


August: natural dying with goldenrod at the cottage, and tasty fresh corn soup in Hamilton.


September: a move to a new apartment, and a move to the textile program.


October: a trip to Portland and...engaged!


November: country roads (on the hunt for wedding venues and organic chickens) and schoolwork with Sookie.


December: finishing up projects for the end of the semester, and decorating our christmas-tree-of-questionable-taste.


All in all, I'd say that 2010 was a very good year.
